Your fundraising efforts raise money, in-kind donations, and awareness!
Schools, businesses, places of worship, clubs, organizations, and friends can raise money and collect items to donate to our agency that will create a change for Emerge families. Your gifts, your time, and your support make our community a safer place to live.
Here are some examples of community fundraisers:
- Hold a drive in your office for inkind items (like school supplies, pillows, socks and underwear)
- Donate proceeds from a concert, a sports event or a fundraising dinner!
- Get a group together to Adopt-a-Shelter room*
If you’re planning a fundraiser or drive to benefit Emerge! Center Against Domestic Abuse, please fill out this form*. We’re happy to provide you with information about our fundraiser policies and talk to your group about our agency and the people you are helping with your donations.

Beyond the traditional approach of providing survivors with resources including emergency shelter, safety planning and DV education, Emerge engages the entire community in addressing the underlying causes of abuse. Why? Domestic abuse is a community problem, and we believe that our communities are the solution.
